- En merito de lo expuesto, el suscrito Magistrado Presidente de la Sala Especial de Seguimiento a la Sentencia T-025 de 2004,
- RESUELVE
- Primero. REQUERIR, a traves de Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, a la Contraloria General de la Republica para que haga entrega de las bases de datos de la "Primera Encuesta Nacional de Victimas CGR 2013", en el termino perentorio de tres (3) dias, prescindiendo de los nombres de los encuestados y encuestadas y de los datos que permitan su identificacion.
